Instructors with international sports licenses in the direction of comprehensive physical development, fighting skills and self-defense in all conditions – Krav-maga, conduct courses.
You are welcome regardless of age, body build, and physical abilities.
Workouts for men are characterized by increased efficiency and strength intensity adequate to the individual capabilities of each person.
In training for men we put emphasis on learning various styles of combat including ju-jitsu, judo, boxing, muay tai, karate. A similar program is used in the training of special units such as Polski Grom, Delta Force, Sayeret Matkal.
